Important!!! Balcony Railing Painting

To All New Claim Owners,

Please be advised, and advise your tenants, guests, or property managers. Workers will be using a boom lift this week to paint balcony railings and support beams. Patio furniture should be moved away from the railings. Sliding doors can be left closed and locked and curtains drawn as desired for privacy. We are using a known local licensed and bonded painting company.

As part of the improvement and updating of New Claim Condominiums, we are having the emergency stairs refurbished (see photo under ‘Projects' on our web site). At the same time, we decided to take advantage of the summer weather and have all the additional railings painted, as well as the beams below each of the balcony railings, and the entire trim that surrounds the building’s roof. This job was negotiated at a substantial discount by Maria, with board approval, after color concepts were submitted by our Architectural Committee.

In addition, the painters will wash all exterior common and inaccessible windows while the boom lift is on site. The board would like to suggest that this would be an ideal time for all owners to clean, or have cleaned, their accessible windows to make the building shine.

The new look is going to be great! Pictures will be posted on the web site. Thanks to everyone for your help in making the new New Claim even better!
